This dance class will be sure to spark magic and excitement. This class is structured for ages 12-18yr where we will be introducing them to Ballroom Dancing. So many iconic moments were created on film or on stage with partner work. Whether you're leading or following, doing the Foxtrot or the Waltz, students in this class will gain an understanding of how to move in various time periods and cultures sure to set them to new heights. Throughout the course, participants will refine their dance technique emphasizing control and cohesiveness, expression, and storytelling through movement. So get your dancing feet ready to embrace the world of Ballroom Dancing!

Amanda Yellott is a passionate performer who finds joy and healing between mind and body through all types of movement. Having a background in studio dance since the age of 12, and a deep compassion for children, especially those struggling with emotional expression and trauma, Amanda feels called to provide explanations and insights to help lead and guide others to internal and external growth through movement.
