Discover how a character's voice can completely transform a performance! In this class, actors will learn the fundamentals of creating authentic stage accents while exploring vocal techniques used by professional actors. With a special focus on the British dialects featured in Mary Poppins, students will also experiment with additional accents commonly heard on stage and screen. Through vocal exercises, scene work, and character exploration, students will build confidence, improve vocal flexibility, and develop the skills to create believable, dynamic characters. No previous dialect experience is required.
