Discover how movement can tell a story! In this contemporary lyrical dance class for ages 12–18, students will explore how technique, musicality, emotion, & storytelling come together through movement. Dancers will work on skills such as balance, expression, & choreography while learning to connect movement with the meaning & emotion behind the music. Whether building on previous dance experience or exploring this style for the first time, students will grow in confidence, artistry, & performance skills as they prepare a contemporary lyrical piece for showcase!
